Frequently asked questions

How long do you need to set up?


Depending on the size of the order we will arrive 1-3 hours prior to the agreed time you require the food to be served. *Please note: we will require a table to be provided in a cool area away from any direct sunlight. We will also need parking to unload the food and equipment.




Do you deliver the boxes and platters?


Delivery within Guildford and a 10 mile radius is free when ordering one of our platters or tables. Further than that delivery will be charged at 45p per mile. Delivery of our boxes will be charged at 45p per mile (if further than 10 miles) or alternatively can be colleted from GU2.




What are your payment terms?


A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the remainder of the payment is required 7 days prior to the event, when we will also agree final details of your order. Payment must be made into the business account details you will find on your invoice.




Do you cater for those with food intolerances?


Of course! We can cater for dairy and gluten intolererances. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know your requirements when booking.




Do you supply plates, cutlery and napkins?


Our orders do not come with the above but can be ordered as an extra. Just let us know when booking.




How long does the food last for?


We keep the food cool from our fridges to your table. The food will be set up out of direct sunlight and must be consumed within 4 hours of set up. Any food remaining after 4 hours must be disposed of.
